Annual plans cover one site for one year, paid annually. One credit = 30 minutes of work; time is deducted after you approve the estimate, including checks and updates. Unused hours expire with the plan. Extra work: 60 USD/hour with prior approval. Hosting, domains, licenses, redesigns and large features are excluded. Third-party sites require an initial suitability review. Business hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 Istanbul time. Response time is not resolution time; no 24/7 coverage.
