A complete operating system for Best Go that brings internal management and the public website into one platform. Ghazal Tech designed, developed and launched the product and continues to provide technical support and ongoing improvements. Authorized users can also customize the public website and its services from inside the system.
Bookings, follow-ups, financial records and maintenance dates were scattered across WhatsApp conversations and paper. That made it difficult to know the status of each car, increased the risk of lost information or duplicated work, and forced the team to answer availability and pricing questions manually.
The system centralizes bookings, customers, fleet operations, finance and maintenance. Managers can instantly review vehicle status, revenue, costs and flexible reports, while contracts are generated automatically and pickup and return dates trigger reminders. The public website lets customers check available cars, prices and extras, see the final total and review the contract before requesting a booking.
